We are infrastructure, not a landlord. You use Spiralside to run your creative work. We keep the lights on. That's the deal.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spiralside. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using Spiralside, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Spiralside is currently available to individual users. Business or commercial use beyond personal creative work requires separate agreement.
Everything you create on Spiralside — AI-generated trading cards, uploaded files, character data, conversation history, vault contents — belongs to you. Full stop.
By using Spiralside, you grant us only the limited technical rights necessary to operate the service: storing your files, processing your requests, and displaying your content back to you. We do not claim any license to reproduce, distribute, or use your content for any other purpose.
We will never sell your content. We will never train AI models on your content without your explicit, separate consent. We will never share your content with third parties except as required to operate the service or comply with law.

Spiralside uses a credit system for certain features. Credits are purchased through PayPal and applied to your account. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
